I'm a Graphic Design major at Umass Lowell. I love to tell stories. Long or short they are always enthusiastic and child-like. A bit like that band geek from the movie "American Pie", I'm bubbly and cheery but I do have a serious side. Like most Sagittarians, I am a born leader. Let's just say I know how to get things done even if I look a bit frazzled. Recently I have been focussing my attention on writing and illustrating children's books. As most writers, not just of children's books, I'm sure we all hope to achieve the kind of instant fame that J.K. Rowling seemed to have over night. I want to write and illustrate books that teach moral lessons as well as entertain. There are moral lessons in most children's literature and I find it necessary to continue developing character through my books. I hope to one day publish my works as well as illustrate for others. I'm also very fasinated with the complexities of the web. It's like telling a story but in a different format. When your reading a book you can't click on a charactor or word and be able to get a more indepth explination or description. I wish to explore this idea of creating more indepth books on the web. |
